- Washroom facilities are separate for everyone.
- Mobile and laptop charging points are available on the resort at a common point.
- Do not Litter the Premises.
- Children below the age of 3 can join free of charge, 4 - 5 years old will have to buy an infant ticket, 6 - 11 years old will have to buy a children’s ticket, and above 12 years old will be charged as adults.
- A swimming costume is compulsory to enter the swimming pool.
- Parents need to take care of their child in the swimming pool as well as in the adventure activities.
- Adventure activities are only for people above 14 years or above 40 kg.
- People above 80 kg will not be allowed to do any adventure activities.
